Four things decide it: how much you're moving, how far it's going, how easy the access is at both ends, and whether you want extras like packing or dismantling. Give us those and we'll come back with a clear figure — not a vague hourly estimate you can't budget around. The price we confirm before you book is the price you pay, unless the job genuinely changes on the day, in which case we talk to you first.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Fill in the online form and we'll confirm a price within 30 minutes — usually faster during working hours. For complex moves (specialist items, commercial premises, listed buildings), we may ask for a quick call first.
What time will the crew arrive?
Morning slots start between 7am and 10am; afternoon slots between 12pm and 3pm. We'll send an ETA the evening before, and the driver will call 30 minutes out. We build buffer time into every job — London traffic being what it is.
Can you handle a Victorian property with no lift?
Yes — Victorian terraces are our bread and butter. Narrow staircases, tight corner turns, sash windows that rattle. We use specialist stair equipment and smaller carrying frames built for UK stair widths. Tell us the floor and whether there's a lift when you enquire, and the extra time is already in the price you're quoted.
What areas of London do you cover?
All 32 London boroughs plus Surrey and Guildford — Central, North, South, East, and West London, KT, SM, and GU postcodes. Full coverage including areas other companies quote as 'difficult': Hampstead, Dulwich, the Barbican, Canary Wharf.
Do you offer a packing service?
Yes. We bring all the materials — double-wall boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes with hanging rails. Most two-bed flats take two packers three to four hours, and we'll price it with the rest of the job. We can pack the day before the move or on the morning, whichever works better for you.
